MD SYSTEMS is not a typical audio retailer, falling under the industry classification of a Custom Dealer.  In simple translation, this means that business operations are not conducted from a traditional brick and mortar retail storefront, rather opting for a more relaxed and real world home environment.  As a result, all auditions are conducted exclusively by appointment only.  Admittedly, this protocol eliminates the ability for customers to simply drop by on an impromptu basis, however, in all other regards we have found this business approach to be a vastly superior format:

• clients receive a heightened level of personal, undivided attention during their visit,

• clients avoid the customary interruptions from business calls that must be answered in a retail store environment,

• clients are never bothered or distracted by other customers browsing through their audition,

• clients experience the true sonic performance of products when auditioned in the realm of an actual home environment.

As a result of business operations conducted from home, it is respectfully requested that all contact during non-business hours be limited to email .  Just as our clients would wish for themselves, the absence of business calls during personal time enhances our lives and allows us to be at our very best for the next business day - both your understanding and cooperation with this policy is sincerely appreciated.
